Hopewell Staffing operates on a transparent weekly billing cycle. All costs are governed by our upfront Rate Sheet Agreement, categorized by role (RN, LVN, CNA, Allied Health) and shift type (standard, weekend, overnight).
Pay Only for What You Use
There are no mandatory minimum commitments or retainer fees; your facility pays only for the actual hours worked by our placed clinicians.
Full Employment Administration
Hopewell Staffing covers payroll, taxes, liability insurance, workers’ compensation, and background verification so your HR and payroll teams don’t have to.
Hopewell Staffing bills on a weekly basis. Rates are set in advance through a rate sheet agreement that specifies pricing by role (RN, LVN, CNA, allied health) and shift type (standard, weekend, overnight). There are no minimum commitments; you pay for the hours your staff actually work.
Every Hopewell Staffing clinician clears state licensing verification, a current background check, OIG and exclusion list screening, TB testing, immunization records appropriate to their role, and CPR/BLS certification. Specialty certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) are verified for roles that require them. Full credentialing packets are available for facility review.
Most PRN shifts in the Houston metro area can be filled within 24 to 48 hours. For specialty roles (ICU, ER, pediatric), allow 3 to 5 business days. Rural Texas placements may take longer depending on role and credentialing requirements. A 24/7 on-call coordinator is available for urgent requests.
