At minimum, you need an active Texas license (or compact license valid in Texas) for your role, a current background check, TB and immunization records, and current CPR/BLS certification. Specialty certifications (ACLS, PALS) are required for certain unit placements. Our recruiting team walks new hires through credentialing step by step.
