Hopewell Staffing has been successfully providing nursing services in clinical and nonclinical settings since 2013. We have provided nursing services to hospital pediatric, med-surg, and ICU units, long-term care facilities and rehabilitation facilities. Additionally we have provided services to the State of Texas’ hospitals and State Supported Living Centers. We received a “Grade A” rating from the State of Texas Health & Human Services Commission. This rating is indicative of the exemplary services we seek to provide our clients.

Rate Sheet Agreement
Next we agree on the rates that will be paid for each type of position we will be hiring for, just like temporary staffing.
3rd Step
Onboarding
Our hiring team works closely with you to identify what kind of hiring requests you have and what makes ideal candidates.
4th Step
Hiring Begins
As we find ideal candidates, we hire them. They become employees of Hopewell Staffing. We carry all appropriate insurance.
5th Step
Meet Your Candidates
We will present candidates and you choose who you’d like to trial. Successful placements allow us to refine our process and the candidates we offer.
6th Step
Refine and Continue
We’ll get into a regular rhythm and provide top quality candidates. We’ll fine tune the process and check in regularly to make sure you are satisfied.
Fine print: billing happens on a weekly basis.
